I hosted the Colorado Springs Real Estate Club last night along with special guests Tina Swonger (Remax Realtor), Bob Caskey (Scouting Coach), Karen Schaefer (Staging and Marketing expert) and Russ Breckenridge (Streetwise Real Estate Investing Denver Rep) at the Academy Hotel in Colorado Springs. The topic was on how to find deals using scouts or how to start investing risk free as a scout for seasoned investors.
